- Executing transactions and supporting portfolio management across sectors and geographies
- Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
- Building and developing models to support investment activity
- Developing sound investment plans across the portfolio
- Providing sector-specific insight and actionable intelligence for the investment committee
- Real estate M&A experience in a top-tier investment bank and/or real estate experience within a private equity firm
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Ambition and motivation
- Willingness and the ability to be based full time in Abu Dhabi
