Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our Fit-Out team in UAE. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex, large-scale commercial interior construction projects while developing team capabilities and driving business growth. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development
• Establish best practices, standards, and methodologies for project delivery
• Mentor and develop junior project management staff
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects ranging from $500K to $10M+
• Prepare proposals, lead pitch interviews, close consultancy agreement
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in construction project management
• Minimum 5 years managing commercial interior/fit-out construction projects
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory role
• Experience managing projects valued at $1M+ individually
• UAE experience

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CCM, or other relevant professional certifications
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients and enterprise-level projects
• Background in corporate real estate or facility management
• Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field
• Expertise in fit-out construction including MEP systems, technology integration, and workplace design
