About Our Client

The client is a highly-reputed UAE based sovereign-backed buy-side entity focusing on Private Credit investments in the region.

• Conduct research and analysis on potential investment opportunities and market trends in the private credit space.
• Prepare investment memos and financial models to evaluate the risk and return potential of prospective investments.
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals to structure, negotiate, and execute private credit investments.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of existing investments and make recommendations for ongoing management.
• Communicate with external partners, including lenders, borrowers, and other investors, as well as internal stakeholders, such as legal and compliance teams.
• Participate in due diligence efforts, including conducting interviews and reviewing financial statements and legal documents.
• Help develop and implement investment strategies across various private credit markets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in private credit investing.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in private credit investing, leveraged finance, or sell-side M&A at a bulge-bracket investment bank or Big Four.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling and valuation experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is a bonus.
