As the Associate - People Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting business units by aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The role serves as a bridge between employees and departments, ensuring that people-related initiatives drive organizational success. This role acts as a strategic HR partner but also handles operational HR responsibilities bring in process excellence and improvements.

Employee Lifecycle Management

Assist in onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and exits. Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives. Address associate queries related to HR policies and processes.

Business Partnering

Collaborate with employees to understand their people needs and provide HR solutions. Support leadership in decision-making with data-driven people insights. Work closely to drive engagement, retention, and productivity. Present and use data to drive business decisions

Talent & Performance Management

Support performance review cycles and provide guidance on goal setting. Assist in implementing career development plans and succession planning. Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee concerns and grievances while ensuring compliance with HR policies. Support culture-building initiatives, engagement surveys, and action planning.
