Job Summary

Knight Frank is in the midst of a dynamic growth and a transformation phase within its MENA Residential business. This requires a proven Abu Dhabi agent with experience at working across the city. This position will be responsible for growing and promoting Knight Frank\'s Residential real estate business in Abu Dhabi. This person will initiate, drive and implement strategic plans, oversee client relationships, drive new business development and manage cross collaboration.

Responsibilities

What:
  • Formulate a detailed plan to penetrate the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Obtain sale instructions within agreed guidelines to achieve agreed business targets.
  • Take responsibility for all outstanding monies in relation to client business.
  • Maintain a high profile in order to obtain introductions from prospective clients.
  • Develop effective marketing to enhance the Service Line.
  • The strategic oversight of residential services in Abu Dhabi.
  • Develop innovative client solutions by utilising the collective strength of local and global resources.
  • Ensuring the highest leads of services and standards in accordance with local and group policies.
  • Acting on client feedback.
Accountable for:
  • Monitor sales budgets, expenses, and profitability, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for decision making.
  • Service line leadership.
  • Career growth and development plans for any hires.
  • Referral program.
  • CDD and compliance with all global and local regulations.
Building the Business:
  • Ensure there is a full business plan in place for SL with a focus on revenue growth and margins.
  • Support with recruiting key hires to achieve the business goals for the future.
  • Help with increasing net profit margin fee income per fee earner and achieving financial goals.
  • Enhance opportunities to engage teams to increase engagement scores.
  • With the Head of Research, develop client engagement/business development plan and supporting MarComms strategies.
  • Participate in initiatives from the Global Wealth group, including the launch and promotion of the Wealth Report, supporting the \xe2\x80\x9cAmbassador\xe2\x80\x9d strategy and development of a HNW database.
  • Co-ordinate major pitches and to ensure that the pitch format and template is assembled, powerful and regularly updated.
Collaboration:
  • Encourage the residential teams to refer their clients across the network to ensure we maximise our potential business and client service.
  • Attend cross service line meetings and drive internal referrals across the MENA business.
  • Ensure that the business needs of the Broadening Horizons programme are met when hosting and selecting local team members for the programme.
  • Ensure that we are a \'Responsible Business\' in line with the Knight Frank People, Place and Planet initiatives.
  • Support the internal team attending the necessary conferences and business meetings in other locations to create the best internal collaboration.
  • Participate fully in Regional activities including partner meetings, conferences and research initiatives.
  • Engage fully with the launch and distribution of all KF signature publications via online coverage, circulation, social channels and client meetings.
  • Work with the Head of Finance collaboratively to ensure the business is operating efficiently and effectively.

Brand:
  • Work with the Global Service Line and Business Services teams to continuously improve the pitching documents and presentations, marketing material and product marketing strategies to provide the best product in the region for both domestic and international sales.
  • Embed the Knight Frank brand and its values that make the business a success leading to high scores in the Your View survey around Brand Pride and Credibility - 60%+.
  • Ensure there is a clear and effective Employer and Employee Brand in the market to ensure Knight Frank attracts the right talent.
  • Be a leading voice in the industry as a part of Industry Group and positioning Knight Frank in an award-winning high-profile position.
  • Embed MarComms and Digital KPIs within the business to ensure measurement of brand profile improvement year on year.
  • Ensure there is a well-structured Marketing and Communications plan with necessary dedicated resources to implement the plan.
Systems:
  • Ensure there are the necessary IT infrastructure, systems and processes in place across all business areas including Global Life, Working Life Recruiting, Learning Life, and Hub - where applicable.
  • Ensure there is a data management plan in place with the support of KFME.
  • Promote and help evolve the key databases i.e. Hub by building a thorough knowledge and use of the relevant systems, promote their use by our teams and coordinating the implementation with the support teams.
Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile

Credentials 4 Required
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required. A master\'s degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
Career Experience Required
  • A minimum of 10 years+ of experience in residential real estate, with a proven track record of success in brokerage and sales leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the residential real estate market including local market dynamics and trends.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, assess risks and develop strategies to capitalize on market trends.
Personal Skills
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationship.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Experience of team management.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in using Sales CRM Systems, and other related software.
  • Ability to leverage technology and analytics to track sales performance, generate reports , & make data-driven decisions.
