Role Summary: The Operations Support Associate holds the responsibilities of overseeing the Delivery Assistants in their day-to-day operational assignments, assisting Delivery Assistants to resolve their issues, be a point of contact between Delivery Assistant and Operations team, reporting relevant matters to the Operations Team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Provide leadership to Delivery Assistants and resolve issues or concerns faced by them.
  • Work closely with Delivery Assistants and Operations Team in planning their routes to ensure professional, hassle free and efficient delivery.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations and team\xe2\x80\x99s performance; provide reports to the Clients and Operations Team.
  • Proactively monitoring of On-Demand orders and assigning them to on route Delivery Assistants to ensure the timely delivery of the orders.
  • Communicate client\xe2\x80\x99s issues with the operations team and devise ways to improve the client\xe2\x80\x99s experience.
  • Provide prompt, efficient and high level of support assistance to Clients and Operations Team via live chat, email, phone calls etc.
Requirements

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management
  • Minimum 1 years of fleet management required.
  • Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferred.
Your Proficiencies
  • Team management and leadership skills including coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building
  • Effective customer interaction and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer knowledge
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours
