Assist Marketing Operations Department with clerical and coordination tasks
ROLE PROFILE
- Coordinate with stakeholders to acquire department critical information and ensure that all records are kept up-to-date & relevant
- Follow-up with stakeholders all marketing campaign related coordination and paperwork (DED, Activation winners\xe2\x80\xa6etc)
- Ensure Marketing Agenda excel is maintained correctly. Capture all updates immediately and follow-up with stakeholders to get updates and share updates
- Proactively acquire and collate performance reports
- Leaflets
- Managed Activations
- Collect relevant information from stakeholders to compile department presentations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Marketing / Communication
- 2 years experiance
- Strong Commuincation skills and ability to work in team units
- Highly organized with stong multitasking skills
