Key Accountabilities:
The Associate - Marketing is expected to manage the marketing and communications needs of our entities and act as a link between them the Central Marketing & Communications team. He / She will be the key contact of their assigned entities
His / her work will be essential to preserve customer satisfaction through listening to preferences and addressing them with relevant advice and services. The ideal candidate will be a good listener with a customer orientated approach.
The goal is to ensure the continuous development of our business activities and establish the group as a leader in our industry. There's no typical day our department. We experience regular - if not daily -challenges and emergencies. Duties will include but not limited to the following:
Remain in close communication with assigned entity POCs to comprehend their needs and specifications
Listen to suggestions and requirements of the clients and communicate them to the relevant colleagues within the team
Learn about the entities' industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
Liaise with entities to organize promotional events or decide on advertising material that suit their profiles and goals
Collaborate with the design colleagues to design creative campaigns or other projects according to the standards discussed with clients
Support on Group/entity events - internal and external
Support in formulating marketing & communication plans with senior colleagues
Manage assigned entity budgets and deadlines
Prepare detailed presentations as required
Undertake administrative work
Work with the budget coordinator to manage, track and optimize entity budgets as well as billing
Preparation of bi-weekly status reports on marketing and communication activities
Experience & Educational Qualifications
4-5 years in a similar capacity. Experience in advertising agency will be an advantage
Bachelors degree in marketing/advertising/PR or above
Key Skills
Proven experience marketing/advertising or a related position
Good communication, organisational and presentation skills - verbal and written
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work with a team - internal and external
Ability to handle pressure
