JOB TITLE
Associate Retail Manager | MAF Entertainment | Snowpro
ROLE SUMMARY
To lead and manage the Snow Pro retail store at Ski Dubai, offering a diverse range of snow gear, apparel, and equipment. The role's primary objective is to drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and enhance the store's market impact through thoughtfully planned and exceptional product selections. The role is accountable for delivering strong commercial results, expanding brand offerings, and establishing the store as a leading winter sports retail destination in the region.
ROLE PROFILE

• Stock Cover Management to ensure the right level of inventory is maintained to support sales without overstocking, balancing availability with cost control.
• Sell-Through Tracking to monitor sell-through rates by category, brand, and SKU to identify high-performing lines and take timely action on underperformers.
• Understanding store requirements from each brand, ensuring alignment with customer demands.
• Selecting sellable colorways and optimal size ratios per brand to maximize turnover and reduce excess stocks.
• Ability to curate product assortments aligned with both seasonal demand and brand positioning.
• Ability to create seamless coordination between front-of-house retail and backend logistics.
• Open to testing pop-up concepts, seasonal exclusives, and collaborative brand activations.
• Thinks beyond day-to-day operations, identifying new growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years Retail management
• Substantial ability to self-motivate and start with great sense of leading multicultural teams.
• Good organization and planning skills
• Computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Strong analysis techniques.
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
