Position Overview
The Associate Manager - Operations supports the Retail Operations function by ensuring seamless communication, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between Head Office, stores, and cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence, supporting company-wide initiatives, and enhancing customer satisfaction across Majid Al Futtaim Retail operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
Support clear and consistent communication across internal departments, ensuring alignment with operational standards and priorities.
Act as a key point of contact between stores, the Operations team, and other Head Office functions to ensure smooth coordination.
Prepare, structure, and distribute operational communications and guidelines to stores and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure all shared information is accurate, clear, and aligned with Majid Al Futtaim Retail operational policies.
Prepare and maintain operational performance reports, dashboards, and trackers.
Support KPI analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Coordinate the processing and follow-up of customer complaints with relevant departments.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in retail operations, administration, or a similar coordination role is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.
