Manage Sales & Digitization initiatives and applications for IFFCO Group. Work with key stakeholders to understand / map business requirement and ongoing management of various applications consisting of ERP, CRM, workflow applications, across various business segments globally. Role also includes working with external partners on projects as project manager / lead.
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in Order Management & Customer Relation Management IT systems. Managing support, new initiatives and enhancements
Experience in Mobile Sales applications management including managing development of enhancements together with Vendor
Experience in (CRM, workflow applications etc. across all domains) for the IFFCO Group
Work with business management to align with business direction and address all escalation
Performs or Assists in solution design, configuration or development and unit testing for new projects and enhancement requests
Track and monitor project deliverables by product team as per agreed timeline
Ensure Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the supported application systems are available
Ensure 24 x 7 applications availability and applications performance
Track and monitor enhancement and support deliverables by service providers (e.g. AMS) as specified in the SLA
Ensure application security, audit and process compliance for systems in managed project, support and enhancement

Work experience requirement
Need to have 10+ years of IT experience in managing logistics applications (preferable Oracle and/or SAP experience)
Experience in managing integrated applications (preferably with Oracle / SAP ERP)
Hands on experience with building applications using low code platform
Good understanding on sales and logistics business processes
Experience on Project management
Process driven with ability to interact with business users to gather business requirements and confirm solution design
Ability to analyze business requirement and transform into system process
Hands-on approach to problem solving, attention to detail and creative solution design
Team player and able to manage in diverse workforces
Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication
Documenting detailed requirements, global to-be design, detailed configuration and standard operating procedures
Qualification
Bachelor\'s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field of study
Must have experience working with global team, also manage operations and projects
Previous international experience is highly desirable
