Main Responsibilities

1/ Team management and Participation

- Manage and support Inside Sales team

- Set up team KPI and close monitor and track the progress

- Manage and responsible for monthly / quarterly target achievement of inside sales team

2/ Account Management and Retention

- Together with account executives, regularly engage with customers to monitor industry updates, productions on Amadeus, and encourage adoption of solutions using virtual selling tools (video calls and presentative \xe2\x80\x93 Teams, Zoom, CRM \xe2\x80\x93 Salesforce).

- Ensure retention (contract renewal) and growth of market share through upselling and development of existing customers

- Identify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with customers

3/ Acquisition management

- Identify and capture new business opportunities within a specified geographic territory and/or customer segment (long tail)
- Together with sales development representatives, promote and sell products, services and solutions through direct contacts, digital marketing, virtual events and road shows (webinars)
- Actively participate and support digital marketing campaigns execution in the markets and promote to the customers to increase lead generation

- Coordinate and participate in RFP/RFI responses and follow-up.

4/ Sales Pipeline Reporting and Analysis

- Identify target customer and prospect groups using dedicated analytical tools in Qlik and CRM
- Report weekly or bi-weekly to Head of Inside Sales (India & Subcontinent) on the sales pipeline, campaign progress and provide insights and market intelligence with strategy

- Ensure high customer approach rate on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline velocity at desired level.

5/ Contribution to Sales and Marketing Plan

- Participate in the preparation of the monthly / quarterly sales pipeline review and planning

- Support the delivery of the marketing plan by analyzing webinar outcomes, following up on webinar attendees and support the awareness and educational digital activities in 1-to-1 or 1-to-many activities.


Profiles

- University degree or Higher Education in Business, Commerce, or other relevant studies. MBA is a plus.

- Must have a minimum of 8-12 years of proven track record in IT or Travel sales for a multinational or global company

- Understanding of and/or prior experience with travel industry and travel agency environment desirable and will be treated as an advantage

- Job location is Dubai, UAE.
