Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on a range of company-related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dubai Lawyer.
- Strong understanding of company law and business operations.
- Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- With own visa is an advantage.
