ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing term sheets supporting both the Land and wealth management functions.
- Support in the execution of the wealth management and business development strategy to drive sales and business opportunities with financial institutions and private investors / high-net worth (HNW) individuals.
- Conduct site visits, creating high level feasibility /valuation analysis and developing and executing legal agreements.
- Developing and maintain investor and agent database
- Conduct traditional Land sales from all master-planned communities of Aldar
- Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, and other forms of media.
- Responsible for the pricing of Aldar land bank based on market prices including proposed payment plans.

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 4+ years related experience in wealth management function in a real estate / developer firm. YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION

Banking, investment consultancy in a real estate / developer firm. TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Sound understanding of banking and financial analysis
- Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Knowledge of UAE Real estate market
- Knowledge of competitors products and USPs.
- Excellent negotiation skills
Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics or Finance.
