Maintaining the stock level in the store as per the given area and consulting the Store Manager for the planogram balancing (Furniture/Accessories).
Keeping the replenishment circle active as per the requirements section/department-wise. (Local/Import)
Transfer inter-branch items to different showrooms/ warehouses.
Making requisitions with Zero reports provided to sales staff. (Zero report to generate after every weekend
Identifying the movement and non-movement of the products with the help of staff/Supervisor, then through system reports verifications and informing the management with prices or defects.
Keeping in touch and intimate with the IT department regarding price changes, wrong descriptions, best buy, etc.
Identifying the fast-moving products department-wise and doing the replenishment ASAP.
Coordinating with warehouse and showrooms related to products or issues
Following up with section concern staff, making damage reports, and transferring the items to Warehouse (Damage location) weekly basis
Briefing store manager with backup stock availability (Furniture/Accessories) in the back store
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years preferably Retail Experienced
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of inventory control software and ERP systems.
Strong Excel Skills required
