Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
to join our team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for supporting core HR functions including onboarding, employee documentation, and workplace operations and enablement, while also managing the full cycle of visa processing and renewals in compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Onboarding:
Recruitment process support - candidate scheduling and corresponding coordination.
Facilitate end-to-end onboarding for new hires including asset allocation with support from the IT team, induction coordination, and system setup.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
Assist in policy communication, and employee engagement activities.
Support offboarding processes including asset handover tracking, and clearances.
Support the HR Lead for all visa-related processes for employees.
Liaise with government departments (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.) and PRO services for timely processing of immigration requirements.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
Track visa and passport expiries and maintain accurate documentation.
2. Administrative & Workplace Enablement:
Manage the office administration end-to-end including compliance with UAE labor laws for workplace (Ejari renewal, trade license renewal etc.), procurement, vendor coordination, maintenance, and supplies.
Manage seating arrangements, office access cards, and workstations for new and existing employees.
Coordinate with IT and Facilities teams for asset allocation, record maintenance etc. to ensure smooth workplace operations.
Support scheduling of meetings, events, and internal communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Google Word, Sheets.
Fluent in English, and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of data analytics and data driven decision making
