Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in the facility management industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the Middle East.
Strong knowledge of integrated project delivery methods and experience in managing big teams with different backgrounds.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant design software and tools. Innovative tools and computational design knowledge
Strong understanding of sustainability principles and their application in building access and maintenance.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong confidence in commercial, bidding, and negotiation skills.
