The role will focus on direct private equity investments in Europe, across a wide range of sectors.
What the job involves
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
- Developing and analysing financial models
- Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
- Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities
- Experience of working in the leveraged finance, M&A or investment banking teams of a top-tier investment bank
- Native or fluent in a European language in addition to English is desirable but not a necessity
- Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
- Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
