Core Duties

  • Identify and convert new luxury travel, consortia, corporate, and MICE business opportunities in North America
  • Manage and grow key accounts through proactive relationship building and strategic planning
  • Lead familiarization trips to Jumeirah hotels globally to strengthen engagement with travel partners
  • Collaborate with global hotel sales teams to ensure alignment across client initiatives and commercial goals
  • Analyze client performance, competitor activity, and emerging trends to adapt sales strategy
  • Represent Jumeirah at sales missions, consortia events, and roadshows across the Americas
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales or global account development
  • Strong record of B2B revenue growth, creative sales campaigns, and closing complex deals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and brand representation
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, high-performance mindset
