Associate Director of Digital Transformation



As the Associate Director of Digital Transformation, you will own and drive our client's end-to-end digital strategy, leveraging automation, AI, and advanced analytics to future-proof our operations. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of technical expertise, change management, and business acumen to:



Transform legacy processes into scalable, intelligent workflows. Deliver measurable ROI through tech-enabled efficiencies and revenue growth. Position our client as a regional proptech leader.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Leadership:

Define and execute a 3-year digital roadmap aligned with our client's corporate vision, prioritizing initiatives with highest ROI (cost savings, CX uplift, revenue impact). Champion innovation: Pilot emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, IoT, blockchain) to solve complex property management challenges. Secure C-suite buy-in: Present business cases, track KPIs, and report progress to the Board.

Operational Transformation

Automate 50%+ of manual processes (leases, maintenance requests, billing) via RPA, AI, and low-code platforms. Deploy predictive analytics to optimize asset performance (e.g., maintenance forecasting, energy efficiency). Redesign customer journeys with omnichannel tools (mobile apps, chatbots, self-service portals).

Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management

Partner with PropTech vendors to co-develop tailored solutions Lead cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to embed digital workflows. Advise CXOs on tech investments, risks, and scalability.

Data & Governance

Unify data silos into a single source of truth (CRM, ERP, IoT sensors). Enforce cybersecurity and compliance (GDPR, UAE data laws) across digital assets.

Qualifications & Experience

Non-Negotiables:

10+ years in digital transformation leadership, with a proven track record in property management, real estate tech, or related industries. Experience having worked across multiple LoBs and GEOs is a must. Process automation (RPA, AI/ML, workflow tools like Power Automate). Data ecosystems (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, predictive modeling). Change management (ADKAR, Agile). Executive presence: Experience presenting to C-suite and Board members.

Differentiators:

Proptech specialization: Familiarity with platforms SalesForce and Genesys. Certifications: Sigma Six. Arabic proficiency (advantageous).
