Following our growth, we are currently hiring an associate director HRBP.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience as HRBP within a corporate environment, supporting with the implementation of initiatives and have a strong communication to manage senior stakeholders.

This role is office based in Dubai. We are looking for candidates based in UAE.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting day to day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.)
  • Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
  • Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
  • Collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment, talent management strategies.
  • Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement.
  • Providing advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation.
  • Implementing HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management.
  • Implementing Employee Engagement processes and initiatives.
  • Designing grievance policies and code of conduct to create comprehensive progressive discipline practice and reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency.
  • Bringing issues concerning employee satisfaction to the attention of the department manager and create an action plan for implementation.
  • Enforcing the development and improvement of people policies and processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7-8 years successfully managing HRBP responsibilities.
  • Ability to interpret labor laws and adapt to Move One business strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to define HR strategy and carry through to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial and leadership skills to implement HR strategy.
  • Based in UAE
