Are you an experienced concept / pre-concept architect with 12+ years of experience looking for the next step in your career? We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our clients as an Associate Design Director in Dubai. Our client is an established developer specializing in high-luxury projects globally who at present due to the high volume of work require an Associate Design Director to manage their growing pre-concept team.

Requirements
To be considered for the Associate Design Director role you must have: - Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture - Minimum of 12 years of experience as a concept architect, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite - Knowledge of Rhino would be advantageous - International experience \xe2\x80\x93 GCC experience would be ideal, but not essential - Experience in either residential, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality architecture - Ability to create strong concept designs and provide innovative design solutions - Demonstrate strong concept sketching skills - Extensive knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes - Ability to lead and manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Fluent in English
