We are looking for a Design Architect with 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience and high-level conceptual capability to join our clients as an Associate Design Architect.

Our clients are an award-winning global design firm operating in multiple countries and working on 1,000s of noteworthy projects across a wide range of sectors.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm
• Working from home on Monday and Friday!

The successful Associate Design Architect will be offered:

• 30,000 - 40,000 AED per month (\xc2\xa378,000 - \xc2\xa3105,000 per annum)

To be considered for the Associate Design Architect role you must have:

• Minimum of 10 years experience (mixed-used, residential or hospitality)
• Conceptual architecture experience - essential
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture
• Experience leading and mentoring a team
• Proven experience in large-scale projects
• GCC / UAE experience - advantage but not essential
• Ability to create forward-thinking design concepts
• Must be experienced in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, or other 3D modelling and visualization tools.
• Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), for producing compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and creative direction of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
• Provide strategic design insights and recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their goals through effective design solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial concept development to final deliverables, ensuring design excellence and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience, and market trends, translating them into innovative design strategies.
• Conduct regular design reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions to ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, and take appropriate actions to keep the project on track and within budget
• Drive the exploration and adoption of new design methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance the design process and deliver innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, and share knowledge and insights with the team and the wider organization.
