We are looking for a Senior Design Architect with at least 6 years of experience and high-level conceptual capability to join our client\'s Dubai studio. Our clients are an award-winning global design firm operating in multiple countries and working on 1,000s of noteworthy projects across a wide range of sectors.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm
• Working from home is also possible on some days

The successful Senior Design Architect will be offered:

• 20,000 \xe2\x80\x93 28,000 AED

To be considered for the Senior Design Architect role you must have:

• At least 6 years of experience
• Experience in mixed-used, residential or hospitality projects
• Conceptual architecture experience \xe2\x80\x93 essential
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture
• Ability to create forward-thinking design concepts
• GCC / UAE experience - advantage but not essential
• Must be experienced in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, or other 3D modelling and visualization tools.
• Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), for producing compelling presentations.
• Revit skills desirable

Senior Design Architect responsibilities:

• Manage architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring design excellence, functionality, and adherence to project requirements
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints
• Develop innovative and sustainable architectural design concepts that integrate aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
• Create and present design proposals, including drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations, to effectively communicate design intent and solutions
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of project site, context, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to inform the design process
• Guide design team members, providing mentorship, and ensuring design cohesiveness and quality throughout the project
