What You\'ll Do
  • Manage the relationship with partner F&B brands
  • Grow the business of brands in the Kitopi portfolio by facilitating and consulting on new launches, marketing, and strategic initiatives
  • Be able to manage the brand P&L within Kitopi
  • Constantly receive feedback from brands and Kitopi B/C\xe2\x80\x99s and adjust accordingly.
  • Generate reports periodically for various brands indicating brand performance concerning revenue, customer feedback, and retention.
  • Set a schedule for quality control checks and carry them out. Ensure there\xe2\x80\x99s a smooth flow between our kitchens and delivery aggregators.
  • Maximize the business attained by each existing brand by proposing new ideas, marketing schemes, and product development.
  • Manage and grow the business with high-profile F & B brands\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cMonitor sales performance and operational metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved.\xe2\x80\x9d

  • Nourish individual relationships with client partners
  • Develop thorough plans to increase brand awareness, sales, customer acquisition, retention, and ratings Implement data-driven discounts strategy and develop marketing campaign plans both on the food delivery aggregators
  • Provide product development and product support to establish proper channels of information and communication
  • Manage projects and serve as brand ambassador between kitchen managers, supply chain, chefs, marketing and tech/product to ensure there\'s a smooth flow between our kitchens and delivery aggregators
What Are We Looking For
  • A minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience, ideally with a background in business Development and Sales
  • Passion for food and beverage and monitoring market trends
  • Great communication and people skills that allow you to develop relationships internally and externally.
  • A team player who would work closely with their teammates to achieve the business objectives.
  • A young, motivated individual who is passionate about the F&B tech space
