Candidate Requirements
strong academic background
at least 3+ years construction experience gained at a reputable law firm with a strong reputation in the field of construction disputes
proven track record in taking a lead role in complex and high value disputes
arbitration experience preferred but not essential
a willingness to assume responsibility and take a pro-active and commercial approach to issues
a real interest in marketing/business development and the ability to foster long term relationships
an ability to work in a team and autonomously
drive, enthusiasm and flexibility
Essential Skills & Experience
Working knowledge of legal / contractual issues that commonly arise on construction disputes
Working knowledge of dispute resolution processes and the preparation of cases before relevant decision-making bodies
