Work with the client teams and the creative developers within Publicis Content to lead the clients\' business, develop the content strategy, conceptualize and ideate for clients. Coach & develop the team and to create an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Reporting to the Head of Publicis Content, you will help lead content strategy, development, implementation and measurement. You will partner with the Head of Publicis Content on all media partnership and content related elements of the brand, including designing and executing a brand content strategy, fostering new content and partnership opportunities and managing and creating never-been-done initiatives for your client.

The Associate Director - Content is responsible for the overall regional operations of the Content Development model - including oversight of the team coordinating content creation, production and delivery. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between clients and both internal and external partners.

Main Tasks
  • Contribute to the vision and management of brand content and media partnership projects for the client
  • Respond to the business, marketing, brand, and communications goals with content-based solutions rooted in strategy and aligned with data and insights
  • Designing content strategy with a knowledge of digital platforms and ecosystems, including a focused knowledge around social media platforms
  • Serve as the main point of contact for quality assurance across all phases of content development
  • Maintain positive relationships with all customers and vendor partners
  • Lead the content approval process with the client, with the necessary assistance from creative / art direction leads
  • Perform consistently against all published KPI\'s and scorecard objectives
  • Lead one or two products within one of the 5 content verticals (Content Intelligence & Strategy, Original Asset Creation, Media & Influencer Content, Gaming & eSports and Content Distribution)
  • Support development of paid, owned and earned media ecosystems that flow from the strategy defined and ensure the insights identified are executed flawlessly
  • Stay atop of current content and technology trends and how those may affect your client business
  • Track the performance of content programs, including post-program wrap-ups and recommendations
  • Monitor high performance content brands for case studies and best practices
  • Crystalizing compelling data and synthesizing research observations into actionable insights for the content teams to execute against
  • Ensure participation in the regional and global awards that define the industry
  • Writing, presenting, and publishing work - ensure thought leadership pieces on Content are published in industry portals by the team
Qualifications
  • 10-12 years of experience in marketing, journalism or related field and 2+ years with content marketing responsibilities
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Experience in managing B2B strategy and financial institutions / institutional investor strategies is highly beneficial
  • Platform up thinking
  • Experience in managing C-Suite communications is ideal
  • BA/BS in marketing, journalism or related field
  • Proven experience writing presentations, creative content briefs, summaries of industry news and/or POVs
  • Creative ability with fantastic interpersonal skills who enjoy challenging and fast-paced work
  • Analytical ability - capable of using data / metrics to make sound performance management recommendations
  • Extremely motivated and strong leadership skills.
  • Superb presentation abilities
  • Strong client relationship skills and ability to strategically think from a client\'s perspective
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Passion / curiosity for content / market trends, pop culture and entertainment
  • Ability to think conceptually and to translate concepts into actionable plans to drive clients\' businesses forward
  • Project management experience, wearing multiple hats, working across multiple work streams that may be at different phases of development at a given time
  • Entrepreneurial approach to finding and securing new opportunities
