Promote Aldar Projects to UAE and international brokers.
Coordinate and assist in conducting training sessions for external brokers on Aldar projects, unique selling points project specific details to gain buy-in while building a strong relationship
Explore potential brokers, connect and sign agreements to ensure a continuous working relationship between both parties
Grow and expand the international brokers database and maintain a healthy relationship
Continuously managing brokers and agents\xe2\x80\x99 inquires, raise red flags to line manager
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing and sales campaigns, products, rates, challenges and lessons learned
Assist in the conducting awareness / training sessions for the sales staff on the international sales markets, challenges and opportunities
Identify potential international markets for penetration to Vice President \xe2\x80\x93 Broker Management and Sales Support
Assist in managing the process of launching brokers sales events / roadshows and exhibitions in Dubai and international markets
Assess the challenges and penetration barriers for each potential market, recommend solutions and promotions to line manager
Provide periodic reporting on the brokerage function main metrics.
