The Associate Brand & Design will support the SITA Global Services Corporate Communications team. We're looking for a passionate individual with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the desire to make your own opportunities as you grow with us. At the heart of our expanding team, you'll provide operational support, implement strategy and drive results across our internal and external communication channels.
As Associate Brand & Design at SITA, you will play a key role in shaping our internal and external presence, overseeing content development, and leading impactful campaigns. Your expertise will drive engagement, foster our brand identity, and set industry benchmarks.
This role is open to candidates at the start of their careers. Experience gained through internships, apprenticeships or graduate programmes is absolutely welcome.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Content Development:
Create visually captivating and compelling content for various social media platforms and internal communication channels, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage and LinkedIn.* Produce graphics, presentations, videos, and written content (e.g. articles, social media posts) that resonate with our audience.* Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.*
Editorial Management:
Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular and strategic posting.* Coordinate with team members to align content with campaign objectives and company goals.*
Internal and External Campaigns:
Lead the planning and execution of Thought Leadership campaigns on LinkedIn, from concept to analysis to delivery.* Support campaign strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and conversion on our internal channels.* Monitor performance of campaigns and provide detailed reports.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media and internal communication content practices.* Share best practices and recommendations with the team to continuously improve our social media and internal communications efforts*
Qualifications:
WHO YOU ARE:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Filmmaking, Journalism, or a related field / or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, including copywriting and video editing.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of social media scheduling, reporting, and analytics tools.
Experience managing projects, whether university projects or personal initiatives.
A customer-first mindset and strong service orientation.
Ability to adapt easily to any requirement with a can-do attitude.
Organized, dependable, dedicated, and detail-oriented team player.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
An interest in travel, transport, and technology.
Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
Strong digital mindset, including confidence using AI tools and new technologies.
