Job Summary
This position is responsible for the overall administration and smooth operation of employee accommodations. This includes maintaining cleanliness, discipline, safety, utility management, room allocation, record-keeping, and coordination of maintenance and support services in line with company policies.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the in-charge of company-provided employee accommodation
Ensure discipline and compliance with company guidelines within the camp
Maintain accurate records of all residing employees and accommodation occupancy
Allocate rooms to new and existing employees and track all movements and changes
Monitor and maintain stock of required materials and track all accommodation-related expenses
Coordinate and attend to routine maintenance, repairs, and facility issues
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security of the camp always.
Monitor electricity and water supply daily and ensure uninterrupted services
Manage utility payments, including Etihad Electricity, Water, and Sewerage charges
Report daily absenteeism, misconduct, and disciplinary cases to the HR Department
Arrange transportation for medical emergencies and other urgent situations
Scout and evaluate new accommodation options as per organizational requirements
Guide new and existing employees on accommodation rules, policies, and procedures
Support the Admin team with office reception management when required
KPIs
Accuracy and efficiency in tracking accommodation expenses
Timely reporting of absenteeism and disciplinary cases to HR
Prompt execution of tasks related to cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance
Effective enforcement of discipline while remaining approachable to employees
Work experience requirement
3 to 5 years' experience in same field
Qualification
Bachelor's degree preferred, or Diploma graduate with significant experience in administration or facility management
