Description :

Warehouse Management:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Implement and monitor warehouse layout, storage systems, and stock management best practices.

Supervise warehouse staff; manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic audits.

Logistics & Transportation:

Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations across domestic routes.

Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Optimize transportation routes and negotiate with logistics vendors for best terms and service levels.

Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, transport cost per unit, and shipment accuracy.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

Work closely with procurement, sales, and production teams to manage inventory levels.

Implement inventory control practices to reduce losses, obsolescence, and overstocking.

Use ERP/WMS systems to track, report, and improve inventory and logistics performance.

Process Improvement & Cost Control:

Analyze logistics and warehouse processes for continuous improvement opportunities.

Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.

Control operating costs through vendor negotiations, process optimization, and waste reduction.
