Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Waiter in the vibrant city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to support our dining service operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Assist the lead waiter in serving food and beverages to guests Set and clear tables, ensuring proper placement of cutlery, glassware, and dishes Greet and seat guests, providing menus and answering basic questions about menu items Take and relay drink orders to the bar staff Refill water glasses and attend to other guest needs throughout their dining experience Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery Process payments and handle cash transactions when necessary Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training sessions


Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills Attention to detail in food presentation and table settings Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques (preferred) Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry (preferred) Food handling certification (preferred) * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
