Job Summary
An Assistant Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training modules and workshops to new and current member service representatives. An Assistant Trainer assists in providing a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
An Assistant Trainer monitors and reviews calls and documentation to confirm accuracy for quality purposes, assist in conducting training sessions, helps in maintaining records of training materials and also performs other duties as assigned. An Assistant Trainer also keeps the attendance details of individuals attending classes and tabulate monthly totals for statistic reporting.
