We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Assistant to the General Manager

to support our leadership team and help drive strategic initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Assistant to the General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, execute strategic plans, and coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the business. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, and executing business strategies. Monitor key business metrics and prepare reports and presentations for executive review. Act as a liaison between the GM and department heads, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on decisions. Support in budget planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development. Manage special projects and ensure timely execution of strategic goals. Provide administrative and organizational support as required.

Qualifications:

MBA from a recognized institution. 5-10 years of relevant experience in a managerial or assistant management role. Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and organizational dynamics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
