Job Description

Our client a non-profit organization is looking to hire an Assistant to CEO's Office to join their team in Dubai.

This role will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Chief Executive Officer, helping him to manage and prioritize his time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Public sector experience would be an advantage
  • Experience in diary management/ researching and booking of travel and accommodation
  • Strong experience in MS Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in both Arabic and English and ability to professionally represent the CEO's office
Responsibilities:
  • Answers and screens phone calls and manages the CEO's mail.
  • Schedules and coordinates appointments, meetings and events, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Transcribes drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos, flyers, agendas, minutes, proposals, resolutions and policies.
Salary: AED 18,000 - 20,000
