The purpose of the role is to perform assistance to the Chiller Technician in the operation & maintenance of the chiller plant equipment that include chillers, pumps, cooling towers, control & isolation valves, filters & strainers, chemical dosing units and all other auxiliary equipment within CUC\xe2\x80\x99s and centralized packaged chillers.

Key accountabilities
Can correctly setup and use Mechanical test equipment and interpret the test results to include; Manifold Gauge, Clamp Meter, and Temperature / Humidity Meter Basic knowledge in safe systems of work (mechanical isolation, electrical isolation) Assets Exposure (Direct) - Major asset, but not limited to Chillers, Compressors, Cooling Tower, Pumps Asset Maintenance Experience (Hands-on) - For listed Assets, in the capacity as team member and solo; Periodic Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Trouble Shooting, and Inspections Assisting to do Steel fabrication involving welding and oxy cutting. Assisting to do Installation of pumping, filtration, and irrigation systems, including pipe works. Assisting to do Responsible for fitting, fabricating, and assembling the piping components that make up mechanical systems such as chilled water, storm, and potable water pumping systems.

Specific requirements

High School Certificate
A minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance of Chiller equipment or general machinery maintenance
This position requires a very good level of spoken and written English.
Ability to communicate with staff, stakeholders and customers in oral and written English.
Working knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / Power point)
Good knowledge in safe systems of work (mechanical isolation, electrical isolation)
