Job Description
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Assist technicians with preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Perform basic repairs and routine service tasks under supervision. Support material movement, tool management, and job site preparation. Help document maintenance activities, checklists, and reports. Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents. Coordinate with supervisors and Technicians for work scheduling and task updates. Support in CAFM and other technology related activities. Support in data management tasks and other tasks given by Management. Maintain asset register accuracy, apply maintenance plans, and ensure compliance with H&S standards.
4. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Basic knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing).
5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Grade 10 or ITI - 0 to 2 years' experience.
