So, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Assistant Talent Resourcing Manager who is under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources ensures that the Hotel Recruitment is operated to ensure maximum efficiency. Interact and cooperate with hotel departments to provide services and support.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different at IHG, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be:
  • Ensures job descriptions are available and updated for all positions
  • Posts jobs as per requirements and approval of the DHR and GM, shortlists candidates and shares with relevant departmental leaders.
  • Conducts interviews till Manager level (JB 6) and provides recommendations to relevant leaders, manages the reference checks process, prepares offer letters, follows up with relevant candidates, regrets to unsuccessful candidates, and prepares all paperwork necessary for the new colleagues joining the hotel.
  • Coordinates with a relevant colleague in HR or makes travel arrangements for new colleagues for joining.
  • Explains all salary, benefits, etc. to new colleagues and answers all questions with knowledge of the DHR.
  • Acts as point of contact for all candidates and new hires.
  • Supervises the 30, 60, 90 days chats by new hire colleagues\xe2\x80\x99 line managers and follows up on probationary period evaluations, and yearly review.
  • Provides admin support for all performance management activities
  • Makes recommendations for internal transfers, promotions up to Supervisory levels to DHR in line with budgets.
  • With the knowledge of DHR, advise on progressive disciplinary actions, prepare the letter, and maintain a record.
  • Manage nominations and voting for Colleague of the Months (if any), Supervisor & Manager of the Quarter
  • Be knowledgeable on all HR policies in order to provide accurate information to colleagues.
  • Works closely with Housing Supervisor in terms of housing and facilitating new colleagues.
  • Works closely with Public Relations Officer in making visas for all new joiners.
  • Works closely with Learning & Quality Manager regarding cross training to identify potential internal talent


What We need from you:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or similar qualification in Human Resources/Legal field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years background in a Human Resources position within the Human resources Department is preferred.
  • Proficient in recruitment system, HR System, Ms. Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all Human Resources-related matters.
  • Other languages preferred
