*nsure all responsibilities of a Shop Manager during his absence and jointly control and direct store management in presence of Shop Manager

*nsure customer service/sales takes priority over tasks

*xhibit and promote high standards of internal customer care
E
*nsure all sales opportunities are maximized through effective use of all promotional/marketing opportunities

*onitor handling of customer complaints in line with Company policy and seek regular feedback

*arry out regular and relevant in-store training, audits and enroll staff on relevant Learning and Development courses

aintain high standards of visual appearance throughout the store including all non-retail areas & maintain window and in-store displays to a high standard in line with merchandising guidelines
