Core Duties
Sales and Customer Engagement

• Ensure customer-centric service standards are consistently delivered
• Support the achievement of store sales targets and monitor KPIs
• Motivate staff to maximize sales through upselling and brand knowledge
• Implement promotions and strategies that drive customer footfall and revenue

Store Operations and Administration

• Assist with day-to-day operations including cash handling and stock audits
• Monitor inventory levels, product display, and replenishment schedules
• Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with the Store Manager in performance reporting and sales analysis

Team Management

• Support staff scheduling, time-off planning, and leave tracking
• Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to the sales team
• Promote a positive work culture that aligns with brand values
• Act as Store Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth store functioning

Visual Merchandising and Presentation

• Supervise store layout and ensure adherence to company display guidelines
• Communicate changes in merchandising plans or stock updates to the team
• Maintain high cleanliness, organization, and back-store replenishment standards

Security and Compliance

• Uphold loss prevention and safety procedures
• Ensure staff awareness around security measures related to inventory and cash
• Maintain confidentiality of store and staff data

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of exceeding store KPIs and sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in retail management, business, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a multicultural team
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak sales seasons
