Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and assume full store responsibility in their absence.
- Supervise and train team members to ensure efficient and effective task execution.
- Ensure outstanding levels of customer service and lead by example.
- Manage product ticketing, pricing, and ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Operate and train new team members on Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Monitor inventory, receive deliveries, and investigate discrepancies.
- Oversee in-store cash handling and banking activities according to company policies.
- Participate actively in promotional events, store openings, and stock takes to drive sales.
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge across hardware and electronics offerings.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and electronics products.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- High level of customer focus and accountability.
- Proficiency in inventory handling, store operations, and administrative procedures.
- Strong project management and planning abilities.
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
- Familiarity with KPIs and commercial awareness in a retail environment.
