Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high satisfaction levels
• Ensure that all team members understand and work toward key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Supervise store operations including stock management, merchandising, and replenishment
• Monitor product availability and visual display to align with brand presentation standards
• Oversee store administration, reporting, and compliance with operational procedures
• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Provide continuous coaching and feedback to staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team
• Implement sales initiatives, promotional activities, and cross-selling techniques to boost store revenue
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies on cash handling, stock control, and security
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with safety and brand guidelines across the store

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage performance, and improve team productivity
• Excellent customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
• Understanding of visual merchandising and store layout optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
