What you will be doing:

Oversee the overall operations of the Spa & Recreation department and ensure the set standards are being followed
Assist the Rooms Division Manager in monitoring the annual budget to support the operation and manages the section within approved budgetary limits
Monitor guest feedback in relation to service, promotions and client and guest reviews
Oversee all training activities of the Spa & Recreation team members
Review and control the weekly payroll and overtime sheets and monitor according to budget

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
Knowledge in Opera system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
