is looking for an amazingly talented

Assistant site Engineer

for Infrastructure and Landscape project to join our team! In this role you will get to assist the site Engineer in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project with respect to assigned works.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise all on-site construction including subcontractors, resolve day-to-day problems on the job site and inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications Respond with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with contract documents Advise and assist the subcontractor on construction procedures Observe the safety procedures followed by the contractor and issue instructions necessary to correct safety violations Ensure appropriate materials and tools are available Assist in the development of new project proposals including directing and preparing layouts Assist in the management of construction projects including overseeing the development of the detailed project drawings, interacting with subcontractors, administering sub-contracts as required, and exercising overall site control of the project Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company's HSE&Q policies and procedures, ensuring that appropriate preparatory and protective measures are employed at all stages of the work by employees and subcontractors Arrange for appropriate safety training to be given to employees and subcontractors on site Prepare Inspection and test plans for in-house projects and review the same submitted by the subcontractors Perform inspection of day-to-day activities and report to the Project Manager

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
