Job Information:


We are looking for a person with initiative, capable of knowing how to manage different tasks simultaneously, contact with office software, with great communication skills and a predisposition towards order and organization. Among the functions that it will develop are:

  • Preparation of reports and presentations
  • Answering phone calls and messages
  • Consultations and management of team members.

Job Experience:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Advanced English level
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience as an assistant/administration of at least one year
  • Office package domain
  • Valuable specific training
