Assist Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff schedules, and ensuring adequate coverage.
Assist with salon inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring product stock levels, and conducting regular inventory counts.
Handle client inquiries, bookings, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the client and the salon.
