Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
Support in managing existing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
Identify and approach potential new clients to generate leads and secure new business.
Conduct initial client meetings to understand requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and client databases.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, project updates, and payment collections.
Coordinate with operations, production, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and market visits to enhance lead generation.
Assist in preparing sales strategies and support the Sales Manager during client visits and site inspections.
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely communication with clients.
Job Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in sales or assistant sales roles.
Driving License is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify potential clients and support in business development.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in advertising, signage, kiosks, fabrication, or related industries is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
