Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Assistant Sales Coordinator Manager

with strong experience in the

cable manufacturing or electrical industry

. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, coordinate customer requirements, handle tender submissions, and assist in the smooth execution of awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and review customer enquiries, respond to queries, and coordinate timely submission of quotations/offers. Support senior sales managers in price finalization, contract terms review, and negotiation processes. Prepare

as required by clients. Assist in execution of awarded projects including order processing, tracking, and customer follow-up. Ensure timely

payment collection

and follow up on outstanding invoices. Prepare and manage project documentation to meet all contract obligations. Coordinate with internal departments (production, planning, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain effective communication with customers and manage official correspondence professionally. Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in

cable manufacturing

, electrical products, EPC support, or related industries. Strong knowledge of tendering processes and project coordination. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive deliverables. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Experience working with EPC contractors and industrial clients is a plus. Knowledge of GCC market is an advantage.
