Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Supervise daily store activities, including opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising.
Manage staff, provide training, and offer feedback.
Monitor inventory and maintain store organization.
Typical Requirements
Experience:
1-3+ years in retail, with supervisory experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication (English essential, Arabic highly valued), PC proficiency, leadership, and customer focus.
Education:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree may be required.
Preference:
Some roles, like at H&M, may prefer female applicants.
