Assistant Restaurant Manager (russian Speaker)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager who is fluent in Russian language to join our restaurant team in a luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaima. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. The successful candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation, Transportation and Meals provided Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Help recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure a high level of customer service
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and labor costs, and generate reports as needed for upper management
- Assist with menu planning and pricing to maximize profitability
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and sanitary in compliance with all local health and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with guests to enhance the overall guest experience and foster guest loyalty
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and profitability
- Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Fluency in Russian language is a must
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and management, including inventory control, budgeting, and staff management
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred
